Lal Lal Wind Farms, which consists of the adjacent Yendon and Elaine sites, are located approximately 10km southeast of Ballarat, Victoria in the area originally inhabited by the Wathaurong people and consist of 60 x 3.8MW turbines in total.

Elaine Wind Farm comprises 22 wind turbines and connects to the 220kV network via the Elaine Terminal Station.
